Refund and cancellation policy

gameclip.run sells credits for online video editing, either as plans or as top-ups. This page explains when you get money back, how cancelling works, and how what you buy is delivered.

Jobs that don't finish are free

Credits are only deducted after a job finishes, and only for the seconds it used. If a job fails or you stop it, nothing is deducted, so there's nothing to refund.

Refunds

Unused purchase: if you haven't used any of the credits from a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying.
Used credits: once you've used credits from a purchase, that purchase can't be refunded, except where the law requires it.
Charged twice, or paid without receiving credits: tell us and we'll add the credits or refund the payment in full.
If we stop offering gameclip.run: we refund the paid credits left in your account, in proportion to what you paid for them.

When a purchase is refunded, its credits are removed from your balance.

Expired credits

Credits expire 30 days after they're added, and expired credits aren't refunded. Your oldest credits are always used first, and your Credits page shows when each batch expires.

How to ask

Email support@deepsoch.ai from your account's email address. Include the invoice number from your Credits page. We reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the method you paid with: through Razorpay for purchases in India, with a GST credit note for your invoice, and through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, everywhere else, in the currency you paid in.
They usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Tax charged at checkout is refunded with it.
Your bank's currency conversion fees aren't refunded.

Cancelling a plan

Plans are prepaid for one month or one year and never renew automatically. You're only charged when you choose to pay for another period, so you never need to cancel to avoid a charge.
You can cancel a plan from your Credits page at any time.
Credits already added to your account stay usable until they expire, 30 days after they were added.

Delivery

Everything gameclip.run sells is digital. Nothing is shipped.

Credits and plan periods are added to your account as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment, usually within a minute. You'll see them on your Credits page.
Clips you make are delivered in your library, ready to download.
If your credits haven't arrived within 24 hours of paying, contact us.
