Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Deepsoch AI (“we”, “us”; CIN U62011MH2025PTC449773), with its office at 1st Floor, 945, 5th Main Rd, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, which runs gameclip.run. By creating an account or using gameclip.run you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What gameclip.run does

gameclip.run is an online video-editing service for gamers and streamers. You give it a gaming video, by link or upload, and pick an edit. It then makes short clips, captions, subtitle files and editor timelines from that video. Everything is delivered digitally in your account. Nothing is shipped.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old. If you're younger, you may use gameclip.run only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.
  • Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • One person, one account. You're responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Your videos and clips

  • You keep every right you have in the videos you give us and in the clips made from them. We claim no ownership.
  • You let us store, copy, process and transform your videos only to provide the service to you. That includes processing by the providers listed in our privacy policy. This permission ends when you delete the video or your account.
  • You confirm you own each video or have permission to edit it. That includes videos you give us by link. Don't submit someone else's content without their permission.
  • We don't sell your videos or use them for advertising.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use gameclip.run to:

  • process content you have no right to use, or content that is illegal, sexually explicit, involves minors in any sexual way, or promotes violence or hatred;
  • harass, impersonate or mislead anyone;
  • break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the service;
  • resell or share access to your account.

We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend the account that submitted it.

5. Credits

  • Editing is paid for with credits: 1 credit = 1 second of editing time.
  • Before a job starts we show its cost as a range. To start it, the top of that range must be available in your balance. Nothing is taken up front.
  • When a job finishes, we deduct only the seconds it actually used, never more than the top of the range. A job that fails, or that you stop, costs nothing.
  • Credits expire 30 days after they're added to your account, whether they came free, with a plan or as a top-up. Expired credits are removed and aren't refunded.
  • Credits are always spent oldest first, so the ones closest to expiring go first. Your Credits page shows when each batch expires.
  • Credits are a prepaid right to use gameclip.run. They are not money, have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be exchanged for cash except as our refund policy says.

6. Plans, prices and payment

  • Current prices are on our pricing page. Plans are paid one month or one year at a time and add their credits as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • Plans don't renew automatically. You're charged only when you choose to pay again.
  • Credit top-ups are available to members with an active plan.
  • In India, payments are processed by Razorpay and we sell to you directly: every purchase gets our GST tax invoice. Outside India, payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which sells to you as our reseller and merchant of record, and Dodo's own terms also apply to your purchase.
  • Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 18%. Outside India, checkout shows the same price in your own currency at the day's exchange rate, with your country's tax instead of GST.
  • We never see or store your card or UPI details.
  • We may change prices. A change never affects credits you already have or a period you've already paid for.

7. Refunds and cancellation

8. Automated results

Clips, captions, scores and game detection are made automatically and can be wrong. They can miss moments, misread kills or mis-hear words. Check your clips before you post them. You're responsible for what you publish.

9. Changes and availability

We work to keep gameclip.run running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering the service entirely, we'll refund unused paid credits as our refund policy describes.

10. Suspension and closing your account

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@deepsoch.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Paid credits left in an account closed for breaking these terms are not refunded.

11. Liability

gameclip.run is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost views, followers or income. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of India, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Using gameclip.run after that means you accept the new terms.
